For a day and a half I have felt something going on in my right knee. I think I have slightly strained a tendon or ligament. Could feel some discomfort going up hill and on a slope. Think I over did the training the other day going up and down the hills with the pack on and for 8.6 km. So now I have to slow it down a bit and hope my shoes are broke in in time. This is what the physical journey will be all about..listening and responding to the needs of the body as soon as detected.
I have discovered essential oils and am treating the knee with a blend of oils called PanAway. It seems to be helping.
My old GPS is coming in handy to track my distances covered. I discovered the feature that shows how fast one is going. I was surprised I was walking 4.5 - 5 km/hr.
